Bogle Summer Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe plums, sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 bottles Bogle Cabernet Sauvignon, or other red wine
  • 1 liter bottle club soda
  • Sprigs of mint, optional

Cooking Instructions:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the wine and club soda. Add the fruit and muddle it a bit, if you like a more fruitful and concentrated sipper. Allow flavors to blend well, 2 hours or up to overnight.

Recipe Notes

When friends come for a visit on those long summer days, it is nice to have a refreshing glass to enjoy by the pool, on the patio or around the fire pit! Mix up this easy and light libation and chill out this summer! (Makes 1 gallon of sangria.)
