There’s nothing like the long, blue-skied days of summer! Warm breezes and lingering hours allow more time to spend with friends and family…and more time to enjoy a delicious glass of Rosé.
Handpicked from Pinot Noir vineyards in the Russian River Valley, these grapes were crushed as quickly as possible. After being cold tank fermented on the skins for just 5 hours, the juice was pressed off in the French Saignée method. This minimal skin contact created the faintest blush color in the wine, evoking classic European rosé styles.
Vivid star jasmine scents the wine, followed by mouthwatering strawberry notes, just begging you to take a sip. Vibrant fruits of tart cranberry and more wild strawberries are refreshingly crisp and dry, leading to a lively finish.
And as you enjoy the bottle, watch the colors change, from a blush of salmon when chilled, to a pale pink at room temperature. Although this wine may be gone long before it reaches room temperature…
Perfect for a picnic, this wine is best served very chilled. Try pairings like chicken salad with curry, fresh crudité, juicy melon with prosciutto or summer fruits with soft cheeses.
