Stuffed Marinated Veal Chop


  • 4 Veal Chops, 2 inches thick with pocket
  • 4 slices fresh Mozzarella, ½ inch thick
  • 4 thin slices prosciutto, chopped
  • 4 sage leaves, chiffonade
  • 1 Tbl Olive oil
  • 3 Tbl Basalmic vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  • Stuff each chop pocket with 1 slice mozzarella, 1/4th of the proscuitto
    & sage. Place in medium shallow baking dish.
  • Whisk the olive oil and vinegar together and pour over the chops.
  • Cover and let marinate in fridge 2 hours. Turn chops after 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill. Remove from marinade and season with salt & pepper.
  • Grill veal until desire doneness. Do not overcook
