Breakfast Pizza by Tammy C.


1 fresh made pizza dough

1 tomato, sliced into thin slices

1 avocado, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin slices

1 russet potato, shredded

3 eggs

1 low moisture mozzarella, shredded

2 tablespoons garlic olive oil

spoonfuls of green sauce (1 jalapeño, 1/2 Serrano, handful of parsley and cilantro, 3 cloves garlic, EVOO, salt—food processed until desired consistency)



Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 450 degrees
Prepare fried hash browns—shred and season with paprika and salt
prep cast iron pizza stone with corn meal
roll out dough onto cast iron
spread 1/2 inch layer of shredded mozzarella
Layer sliced tomatoes, bell peppers as desired
crack 3 eggs onto the pizza, being careful not to crack the yolk
bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and eggs have set
once cooked, spread generous amounts of hash browns, and green sauce onto pizza
