Easy Oysters Rockefeller


  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 24 fresh oysters
  • Rock salt
  • 1/2 cup prepared spinach and artichoke dip
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat broiler. Toss together Parmesan and bread crumbs; toss with melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
  • Shuck oysters, reserving the liquor. Nestle oysters in shell on bed of rock salt in ovenproof baking dish.
  • Stir spinach and artichoke dip with reserved oyster liquor; spoon evenly over each oyster. Sprinkle Parmesan mixture over top.
  • Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling. Serve with lemon wedges.
