Cooking Instructions

• Start by amping up some classic refried beans with some diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Spread the beans into the bottom of a 7×11″ casserole dish.
• Whip up a super simple guacamole – we believe fresh-made is best but pre-made guacamole will work too. Spread that over the refried beans
• Spread a layer of sour cream over top the guacamole.
• Top with a layer of finely shredded cheese. We recommend Sharp Cheddar!
• Dice up some Roma tomatoes and scatter all over the top.
• Finally add the last two layers – sliced black olives and green onions! Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
