2021 Blanc De Blancs, Clarksburg
This gem of a sparkler is made in the traditional French méthode champenoise:  aged on the lees and disgorged with a classic cork and cage to capture all those pretty little bubbles.  Crisp and flirty, this wine is made from Chardonnay grapes from our River Ranch vineyard.  Green apples and pears are balanced by softer crème brûlée notes and finished with a flourish of happy effervescence.

The faintest blush of pink beckons with bouquets of lively orange blossoms and tropical fruits.
