Ingredients
● 1 strawberry, hulled and roughly chopped
● 2 lemon slices
● 3/4 cup Bogle Rosé
● Sparkling water or club soda, to top off
● Fresh basil springs, for garnish
Cooking Instructions
1. In a rocks glass, muddle the strawberry and lemon slices together until they release their juices. Fill glass halfway with ice.
2. Pour in wine. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with basil.
