Ingredients
For wings:
● 2 T. olive oil, plus more for brushing grill
● 3 lb. chicken wings, drumettes and flats
● Sea salt & pepper, to taste
● 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
● 2 T. lemon pepper seasoning
● 1 lemon, zested
● 2 tsp. minced fresh thyme or parsley
● 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
For sauce and serving:
● 1/2 cup buttermilk
● 1/2 cup sour cream
● 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
● 1 T. chopped fresh dill
● 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
● 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
● 4 stalks celery, cut into sticks
● 3 medium carrots, cut into sticks
