Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes


  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned or your own)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions:

  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, pie spice and salt in a large bowl, mixing well.
  • Whisk the milk, puree, eggs, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking until just smooth.
  • Cook batter on a skillet over medium high heat, turning just once, until both sides are gorgeous and brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup or homemade apple butter and try with the Bogle Chardonnay!
