In a departure from our traditional Chenin Blanc, this Reserve was barrel fermented and sur-lie aged in neutral French oak. This, coupled with monthly lees stirring, resulted in a wine with a crisp entry, soft and creamy mouthfeel, finishing with lingering notes of quince and tangerine zest.
