Ingredients 2 ripe plums, sliced 2 ripe peaches, sliced 2 bottles Bogle Cabernet Sauvignon, or other red wine 1 liter bottle club soda Sprigs of mint, optional Cooking Instructions In a large pitcher, combine the wine and club soda. Add the fruit and muddle it a bit, if you like a more fruitful and concentrated sipper. Allow flavors to blend well, 2 hours or up to overnight. Pour over ice and garnish with a spring of mint.
