This gem of a sparkler is made in the traditional French methode champenoise: aged on the lees and disgorged with a classic cork and cage to capture all those pretty little bubbles. Crisp and flirty, this wine is made from Chardonnay grapes from our River Ranch. Green apples and pears are balanced by softer crème brulee notes, and finished with a flourish of happy effervescence.
