Paper Flower Bottle Topper

Spread some color into your celebration with a flower bottle topper! Whether you’re hosting a gathering and looking to brighten up your tablescape or bar area or you want to liven up that bottle of Bogle Family Vineyards wine for a gift, these flower bottle toppers are sure to impress!

Grab that leftover tissue paper from your Christmas wrapping station or your last birthday and create these beautiful paper flowers to top your wine bottles for a beautiful display!

SUPPLIES

  • Favorite bottle of Bogle
  • Tissue paper
  • Scissors
  • Stapler
  • Hot glue gun

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Cut sheet of tissue paper into 10 2×2 inch squares.

Step 2. Staple the stack of tissue paper in the middle.

Step 3. Cut the stack into the shape of a circle.

Step 4. Gently, as to not rip the delicate tissue paper, fold each layer up, one at a time.

Step 5. Use the tips of your fingers to gently spread the pieces to look like a bloomed carnation.

Step 6. Open wine and re-cork before gluing the flowers atop the corks (or glue directly onto screw-top wine bottles), so you don’t have to destroy the flower to open the bottle.

Step 7. Pour a glass and enjoy!

  • Tip: If you’re hosting a party, arrange several bottles together in your wine bucket or on your bar for a beautiful wine bottle bouquet display!

This summer, add little more fun and color to your life with this simple flower bottle topper – and bonus, no allergy concerns!
